The Foundation of the company was laid in 1990 when Shri S. B. Patil got his first construction project known “Union Park” in the present day. Soon after that, he completed other major projects in the area and by 2011 he had added wonderful construction marvels like Ganesh Garden, Shree Redidency, Varad Residency, Kirti Residency, Omkara Residency, Siddhi Towers in the Dapodi area and Vinayak Residency in Pimple Gurav area viz.
Along with residential and commercial projects, we constructed a holy site too known as the “Ganesh Mandir”. The Company stands true to its motto a build a socially conscious empire. We dedicated our efforts towards the growth and development of the community as well. We currently two other branches in Chinchwad and Pimple saudagar area.
